Terms
Non-custom orders will be processed and shipped in 2 to 5 business days. Custom flat printed invitations will be produced and shipped 1 to 2 weeks after final approval. Allow additional time for your order to be processed in full if you’ve requested letterpress printing or other upgrades with your invitation suite.
Please note that the Paypal shipping address listed on your order form at time of payment is the default address we will ship your package to. If you prefer a different shipping address, please let me know in the Notes to Seller at the time of check out. Marta Dansie Design, LLC will not be held responsible for any shipments sent to incorrect shipping addresses. The Mini Mart Market accepts credit card and Paypal payments via Paypal. Sales tax will be included on stationery ordered in the state of Utah.
For custom designs, a pdf proof will be emailed to you after your order, the specific details and down payment have been received. Please make any alteration requests and corrections to the proof within 3 days. Once all edits have been made, a final proof will be emailed to you. You will then be directed to email a response back to me with a solid approval: IT LOOKS PERFECT! GO TO PRINT!
We ask for you to carefully review your proofs, backwards and forwards, for accuracy in spelling, names, dates, addresses and punctuation. Have a friend review it, if needs be. Any errors in wording or graphic design on your order after your final approval email has been sent will result in customer absorbing all costs associated with fixing the errors. Marta Dansie Design, LLC will not be responsible for errors after your approval email has been received.
Please be aware that slight variations may occur from the colors viewed on your screen to the actual printed pieces, due to the nature of each monitor’s calibration. We do not offer refunds or returns on any custom design work.
We ship our packages through USPS. Please see product listing for additional details. Shipping insurance is available for an additional cost, incurred by the client, which guarantees your package upon loss, theft or damage. Please let us know if you’d like to add on this service. Once the parcel has left our hands, we disclaim all liability for the package and the USPS is now responsible for your parcel. Please let me know if your order needs to be rushed. Priority customization and expedited shipping–additional costs to be incurred by the customer–will be processed on a separate invoice.
